River Graphics offers you a program providing the latest map of your area that is more than utilitarian; it’s a handsome area promotion piece as well. It is the number-one request item for most newcomers and visitors. Your map will be a single reference source for both business and public facilities.

River Graphics has been producing high-quality maps for official sponsors, such as Chambers of Commerce, parks and Realtors, since 1994. During that time, we’ve built a solid reputation for competence, creativity, fair dealing and financial responsibility.

You may choose one of two basic programs to achieve your map. Each program can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

1. No Sweat Program: River Graphics will produce the layout, design, photography and printing for 10,000 maps. We will sell advertising space, at an affordable rate, to your members. All ads, maps and photos will be in full color. The maps will be presented to your Chamber at no cost to you. In addition, if all ads are sold as planned, your Chamber will net about $1,000 profit. Your chief financial officer will be provided with a detailed accounting of your entire project.

2. Do-It-Yourself Sales Program: Same as “No Sweat Program” except that your Chamber is responsible for selling ads and collecting rough ad copy. With this program, you could offer your ads at a price up to 35% lower than with the “No Sweat Program”, or make the project into a sizeable fundraiser. River Graphics will furnish suggested promotion strategies, intro letters, news releases, and will guide your salesperson through the entire ad solicitation process.
